The phone features a 6.4-inch PLS LCD screen and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Another notable feature is the presence of the classic headphone jack.

The device offers a similar software experience as the flagship Galaxy S and Note smartphones as it runs on Samsung's One UI software. It has a 4000mah battery capacity making it last a full day or more bouncing between apps and videos.
